hmmm...last time i did wrote bout my football game,where i 'pancit' and run out of breath just after,15mins...and how those old buddies from subang calling me 'budak gemuk'.hahah,damn u guys!after almost 2 months,i can say,i hardly slim down :p masih gemuk seperti dulu.

tapi kan,in 2 weeks i ada course kat subang ni,i had a lot of time to join playing football or futsal.so last week i dah main bola dgn gang nazim CIM,not bad gak la,sampai abis 2nd half.tp telinga tetap dgn kutukan membina dari budak2 subang yg dah lama x tgk aku ni.and the next day aku main futsal plak kt shah alam...not bad gak.walaupun ternganga and terjelir cam anjing,tapi bleh gak la aku berlari sampai 1 jam.2 malam lepas pon aku pegi futsal kt sunway extreme park.sama gak la aku punya tercungap...bila la nak kurus balik ni,seluar byk yg dah x muat do'h...baju dulu yg body fit pon aku dah malu nak pakai,heheh....xpe,jom buat doa selamat agar aku berjaya membakar lemak2 dlm badan aku ni!healthy body,healthy mind!

p/s:malam ni main futsal lagi yea!...aku nak je letak current and 1 year ago pics,so korang bleh compare,tapi sbb aku pemalu,korang imagine jer la sendri!(dalam facebook aku pon ada)

life been busy...very busy for the past 1 year.and today i just realize that i never got to review my life in 2008,and make any new year resolution for 2009!!!sounds like poyo?

well it might sound poyo :p...but it is a good thing to do.how much have you achieve last year?what are the things that you still yet to achieve?indeed,i do have few things....well,a lot of things...

1) get my instrument license

2) convert my NG (since i got the course)

3) take my nurul for a real honeymoon! (april dear)

4) how bout a superbike?

5) come up with my future plan (for real!)


p/s: for note,i fulfilled my last year goal,to estb. as LAE...
